Upgrade International Properties is a company that since 1995 active in Overseas property. Upgrade International Properties has offices in Portugal, Spain, England, Belgium and the Netherlands.

After several years of being active in Spain and since 2006 we have been developing projects in Portugal and across the Silver Coast.

Upgrade International Properties partners with a renowned Portuguese construction company. This company has been for over 14 years active in Portugal and 13 years in France (over 600 references including the government). So the construction company can already look back on more than 27 years experience of building projects effectively.

In Portugal we maintain our Head Office in Caldas da Rainha. That warehouse is also a reception room equipped with showroom for our buyers. In our showroom you can choose all the materials we use to build the modern houses on our projects.
